Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your date and theme.

Q: What payment is required at the time of booking?
A: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 4 days before the party date.

Q: How much space is needed for each teepee?
A: Each teepee requires approximately 3.5 ft wide x 6.5 ft long of space

Q: Do you provide bedding?
A: Yes! Every teepee includes a mattress, fitted sheet, blanket, and decorative pillows.

Q: What should my guests plan to bring?
A: We ask that all guests sleeping in the tents bring their own pillow for sanitary purposes.

Q: How long does setup take?
A: Typically 45–90 minutes depending on the number of tents.

Q: How much time will I have with the sleepover party package?
A: Our standard setup time occurs the morning of the party with a pickup time beginning at 10am the next day. We’re more than happy to work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs based on availability.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Q: How far do you deliver?
A: We are based out of Elk Grove, CA. Our $75 delivery fee covers any party within a 20 mile radius.

For homes outside of the 20 miles a mileage fee will be included.

Policies

The room should be large enough to adequately provide space for tents and mattresses. All furniture and other items should be removed PRIOR to our arrival. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. There should be NO pets or smoking near the designated event location. Please let us know when booking your event how much space is available.

If your event should take place in a hotel or a clubhouse, please understand that you are responsible for all fees associated with that venue. 

Any damage to the property of Happily Ever Children will result in assessment of charges to the client. Please keep items that will stain or damage our fabrics and linens out of the tents. Some of these items include paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, colored drinks, food, or slime products.

The decorative pillows are not meant for sleeping purposes, they are solely for decoration. The display trays in front of the tent are also used as décor and to hold any “extras” or favors the client may add to their package. Please do not use them for arts & crafts or to eat meals.
